The Soundz of the South will be holding
a memorial of the Marikana Martyrs on Friday 16th of August in Site
C taxi rank in Khayelitsha from 12pm -6pm.
16 August 2013 marks a year after the massacre, where South
African bourgeoisie murdered 34 mineworkers and injured more than 60 workers.
This event seeks to commemorate the heroic bravery of the Marikina Martyrs.
